Experimentation: Opening of Public Algorithms
收藏资源简介:
As an administration carrying out public service missions, the MEL operates, directly or indirectly, algorithms whose results participate in decisions that individually affect metropolitans. Whether simple or complex, computerized or manually processed, more or less automated, these algorithms are therefore intended to be published on this page. _The algorithm is here understood as a "finished and unambiguous sequence of steps or instructions to obtain a result from input elements" (definition of the CNIL, 2017)._ _ _ These publications are intended to provide general information on these algorithms (Code of Relations between the Public and the Administration, L312-1-1-3). Gradually, all major MEL treatments that form the basis of individual decisions will be available online. _Among this information the publication of source codes is being studied to provide the most complete and useful information possible._ _ _ To inspire your approaches to opening algorithms see the accompanying path designed by Datactivist on the occasion of this project:<https://opendatacanvas.org/transparence-algo> For more information on opening algorithms, see Etalab’s guide: <https://etalab.github.io/algorithms-publics/guide.html>
