Artifact package for SCTC-v5.2 journal evidence in industrial-defect-agent. SCTC-v5.2 is a post-hoc threshold calibration and policy-selection layer for frozen industrial anomaly scores, not a detector backbone. The public deposit should contain Package A code/config documentation, Package B lightweight evidence, Package D paper assets, and the license-cleared Package C-public non-BTAD large artifacts archive. BTAD-derived and mixed external artifacts are excluded from the public upload and listed only in the license-hold manifest until manual license verification. The package supports local full-coverage FNR/recall evidence for a coupled clustered stability/shrinkage path, cost-ratio-conditioned utility analysis, reduced-coverage selective risk analysis, and audited negative results.
