Landscape-wide connectivity among sodapans in the Seewinkel, Austria
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains GeoTIFF outputs from an OmniScape omnidirectional connectivity analysis for soda pans in the Seewinkel region around Lake Neusiedl, Austria. The analysis used a 10 m resistance surface combining land-cover resistance with a continiouus habitat similarity surface relative to soda pans. Settings included a 500-cell moving-window radius (about 5 km at 10 m resolution), a 9-cell buffer, 5-cell source blocks, and eight-neighbour connectivity. The outputs represent modelled relative connectivity between sodapans, not observed animal movements; normalized current highlights areas where flow is concentrated relative to a uniform-resistance baseline.Filenames: Normalized Current Flow (normalized_cum_currmap.tif): The cumulative current flow divided by the flow potential. This highlights areas that are pinched, impeded, or channelized compared to what a resistance-free landscape would expect (see screenshot).
