Aquaponic Plant Growth Image Dataset

This dataset contains a sequential collection of time-lapse images capturing the growth stages of plants in an aquaponic system. The images are named with the prefix “sceneXXXXX”, representing different time points during the observation period. Each image provides a consistent top-view perspective of plant development within a circular aquaponic grow bed. The dataset was used to evaluate the performance of the proposed YOLOv11-based real-time plant growth monitoring system, which was trained and tested on custom aquaponic images categorized into four growth stages: Fase Perkecambahan (Germination Stage) Fase Vegetatif Awal (Early Vegetative Stage) Fase Vegetatif Maksimum (Maximum Vegetative Stage) Fase Panen (Harvest Stage) This dataset is suitable for applications in computer vision, smart agriculture, deep learning–based plant monitoring, and time-series image analysis in aquaponic environments.
