N1 single-cell barcoded RNA-seq ONT long-reads

The dataset is extracted from an RNA human sample. The RNA molecules have 10x Genomics single-cell barcodes + UMI + Illumina read adapters added to them. Then the ONT long-read adatper is added. The library structure is explained in our previous work (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.isci.2022.104530). This dataset represents a random subsample of the full dataset (not published yet) and contains ~1M out of ~7M long-reads.
