GFvoter Supplementary Files This directory contains supplementary materials for the manuscript “Detection of Gene Fusions in Long-Read Transcriptome Sequencing Data with GFvoter”, including the commands used to run the tools and the resulting outputs. Below is a description of each file: Files run_command.txt This file contains the exact commands used to run GFvoter and other fusion detection tools. It ensures reproducibility by specifying the parameters and options used in the experiments. Results of GFvoter.zip This archive contains the output results generated by GFvoter. It includes fusion detection results, along with scoring vectors that indicate how each method contributed to the final fusion calls. The results are provided for comparison with GFvoter. realdata_ground_truth.txt Ground truth fusion events for real RNA sequencing datasets. Used to evaluate the accuracy of GFvoter and other fusion detection tools on real-world data.
