Cyanobacterial bloom metagenome. freshwater metagenome

Metagenome sequences and genomes associated with Cyanobacteria blooms from 2018 in Lake Superior. During the bloom in 2018, we collected samples from in and near the bloom along the eastern shoreline of the western arm of Lake Superior. Metagenome sequencing was performed to assess whether the bloom contained cyanobacterial species capable of producing cyano toxins.
