Klebsiella liver abscess (KLA) is an invasive syndrome emerging as a global disease. Though we have a general understanding about the structure of liver abscess, HE staining provides limited information for the dynamic formation. Here we integrated spatial transcriptomic (ST) sequencing and single nuclear RNA (snRNA-seq) of liver samples to further investigate the structural and transcriptional characteristics of the tissue around the capsule.
