Using Smoothing and Regression Models to predict the Skin Permeability of Compounds

We added a molecular descriptor (the Forgotten Index) to the list of target and features curated from Sun et al. The Forgotten index is a descriptor that is raely used for skin permeability prediction in traditional mathematical or statistical models.
