Data presented were from a randomized complete block design with three replicas. Every replica included the three lines per transgene (positive or negative) tested in Figure 3A. Every line contained 30 plants. Asterisks indicate ranking by Least Significant Difference (LSD) tests at highly significant (*P<0.01) differences relative to the corresponding wild type plants. Wells indicate highly significant (#P<0.01) differences relative to the corresponding transgene-negative plants.
