Ranking of selected M. leprae-specific peptides according to performance ratio in Artificial Neural Network assessment.

Peptides (n = 17) were ranked according to highest (>1.0, n = 11) to lowest ([13]. From this study, peptides that gave responses only in the leprosy patient group and household contacts, but not in the TB or EC (healthy endemic control) groups appear with an asterisk; bold indicates the peptide is from a hypothetical unknown protein.
