FTIR Spectra of Control and Nigella sativa methanolic extract –treated Caco-2 Cells

This dataset contains Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectra obtained from Caco-2 cells under control conditions and after treatment with Nigella sativa extract. The experiment was independently repeated three times, yielding three biological replicates for both the Nigella sativa–treated and control groups. For each biological replicate, three technical replicate spectra were collected from separate aliquots, resulting in a total of nine spectra per group. Raw spectra are provided without post-processing unless otherwise stated.
