This series consists of the minutes and background papers of the Library Committee of the La Trobe University. The Committee is responsible for decision making and the setting of policy concerning the establishment and maintenance of library services in the University.Agenda, minutes and background papers (also known as business papers) were created for numerous committees of the La Trobe University. Agenda were not routinely retained, and the minutes and papers have been bound together. The minutes in this series are believed to be the official record of proceedings at La Trobe University Library Committee meetings, although not all minutes may be signed.
