Data and code for the paper "Interdisciplinarity Revealed by Transitive Reduction of Citation Networks" by H. AlMuhanna, V. Vasiliauskaite and T.S. Evans.Each zip file contains data and code. Three of the zip files (hep-th, NBER, USSC) are based on open data sets which can be downloaded from the internet as cited in the paper. One (PDAG-MFCN) is the data from the PDAG model described and used in the paper. The code used to produce the data is also in the same folder. The TR_Citation_Networks.zip file has the networks after transitive reduction.
