Isotoosendanin exerts inhibition on triple-negative breast cancer through abrogating TGF-β-induced EMT via directly targeting TGFβR1

In this study, analysis of mRNA sequencing was used to identify potential biological signalling pathways involved in the inhibition of triple negative breast cancer metastasis by ITSN. In the study here we collected 6 breast samples from 2 groups (control, 1mg/kg and ITSN groups), each containing 3 replicates, and used them to obtain mRNA expression profiles.
