Citrus limon Transcriptome or Gene expression

At present study, we apply a combination of second- and third-generation sequencing technologies to sequence full-length transcriptomes in two cultivars from lemon. Therefore, this research provide evidence that long-read sequencing can complement short-read sequencing for cataloging and quantifying transcripts of juice sacs and increase our understanding of the dynamic process of fruit development.
