We isolated and sequenced small RNA profiles in THP-1 cells, including total, nuclear, cytoplasmic, and exosomal repertoires, as well as monitored small RNA dynamics during THP-1 differentiation and in response to Pol III inhibitor ML-60218 Overall design: Pol III-transcribed genes were profiled by small RNA-seq and integrated with Pol III ChIP-seq occupancy profiles. Here, small RNA was enriched using the mirVana small RNA isolation kit under standard procedures; sequencing libraries were prepared using the NEBNext Small RNA library prep reagents
