Shown is the rank of native structure, in each sub-set, by the corresponding contact potential. The ranking of natives by ECD is significantly better than the rankings using the other potentials, with the p-values from the Friedman test being 7.9 ⋅ 10−10, 1.3 ⋅ 10−5, and 4.5 ⋅ 10−5 when comparing ECD with E1, E2, and E3, respectively.
