Distinct transcriptomic changes upon ABA treatment are dependent on different VND transcription factors. We performed RNA-sequencing on mock and ABA-treated Arabidopsis plants to investigate the impact of VND1/2/3 and VND7 on gene expression changes upon ABA treatment. Overall design: Transcriptomic changes in 1cm roots of 5 day old Arabidopsis plants upon treatment with 1µM ABA/ mock for 8h. Genotypes used in this experiment: Col-0 (wt), vnd1 vnd2 vnd3 triple mutant and vnd7 mutant
