Clinically leiomyoma connected with left ovary and left sacro-uterine ligament.
Right adnexa: Fallopian tube 5.5 cm long, diameter up to 0.8 cm, without any changes, and a separate lying ovary 2.2x1.2x1 cm, without macroscopic changes.
Left adnexa with leiomyoma: Ovary 2x1.2x1.2 cm. On cut sections of normal structure, connected with a fragment of fallopian tube or ligament of 2 cm length. On the opposite there is a cystic tumor with a smooth external surface and dissected capsule, measuring: 2.8 x 2.5 x 1.8 cm.
