GitHub Developer Activity, Weather, and Air Quality Dataset for 20 Cities in 2025

This dataset contains city-day observations for 20 cities in 2025, combining GitHub developer activity with daily weather and air quality indicators. GitHub activity was collected from GH Archive via Google BigQuery and includes push events, approximate commits, and pull request metrics. Weather data were collected from Meteostat, while air quality data were collected from OpenAQ. The dataset was created to support empirical analysis of the relationship between environmental conditions and software developer activity.
