At present, Tibetan lacks an emotional analysis dataset based on aspect level evaluation. In order to better promote the monitoring and analysis of minority language public opinion, a Tibetan aspect level emotional analysis dataset is constructed. The original corpus comes from the CCMT annual evaluation of the machine translation conference and the Tibetan news crawled by the mainstream websites, and is formed by manual annotation.
