The genomic data of Haloarcula sp. CBA1128 beloning to the family Halobacteriaceae of the phylum Euryarchaeota, were obtained using the PacBio platform. The draft genome of Haloarcula sp. CBA1128 contains 4,184,591 bp. Detailed genomic analyses and comparative studies with other haloarchaeal genomes will give further information and insight into the metabolism of Haloarchaeal species.
