Alteration of gene expression in ubr-5(-) and pabp-2(RNAi)

To investigate how UBR-5 and PABP-2 affect gene expression profile, we generated ubr-5(-) c elegans mutant and performed RNA seq in combination with pabp-2(RNAi).
