资源简介:
A clinical trial assessed the cutaneous immune response and short-term efficacy, safety, and tolerability in adults with mild to moderate AD who applied SB414 2% and 6% BID for 2 weeks. Overall design: This was a phase 1b, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled study. Patients were randomized 3:3:2 to SB414 2%, SB414 6%, or vehicle applied twice daily to all affected areas including the scalp for 2 consecutive weeks. Approximately 0.5 g of study medication was applied for every 2% of BSA affected per application. Patients were instructed to apply study medication to any new AD lesions that appeared during the study, and to continue applying study treatment to lesions that appeared to resolve. Study visits occurred at screening, baseline, and weeks 1 and 2.
