We performed microarrays to evaluate the gene expression changes after 24 h of antisense oligonucleotide transfection. Overall design: Gene expression in HeLa cells were measured 24 hours after treatment of guanine 2-amino group modified ASOs. All experiments were performed independenlty three times.
