Frequency_Extension.hdf5 has the following keys: ['/HFE_Combined', '/HFE_Newell', '/HFE_Ohtani', '/HFE_Sophie', '/LFE_Combined', '/LFE_Newell', '/LFE_Ohtani', '/LFE_Sophie'] Containing the frequency limits of the low frequency and high frequency extension for each substorm list
