Complex effects of sex reversal on reproductive success in wild frogs (data and code)

This contains 8 datasets in csv format (semicolon-separated) and 2 annotated R scripts in pdf format, one for replicating the statistical analyses (and displaying some R output, with detailed comments) and one for creating the graphs (Figures 2-3) for the paper "Complex effects of sex reversal on reproductive success in wild frogs". The metadata.pdf file explains the meaning of each variable in each dataset.
