The influence of season, hunting mode, and habitat specialization on riparian spiders as key predators in the aquatic-terrestrial linkage

This dataset and code belong to the identically named paper in Nature Scientific Reports (doi: <a href=https://doi.org/10.1038/s41598-023-50420-w>10.1038/s41598-023-50420-w</a>). It is recommended to <u>use tree view</u> or <u>download as .zip</u> and open the <code>.Rproj</code> file. To use the exact same package versions, run <code>renv::restore()</code>. The code is meant to run in the correct order (i.e., from 00 to 03). An installation of JAGS (<a href=https://sourceforge.net/projects/mcmc-jags/>https://sourceforge.net/projects/mcmc-jags/</a>) is required to run MixSIAR models. In case you don't want to run the models yourself, the original model output used in the study is included ("results/model_output"). <b>Note:</b> this will be overwritten if you run the models yourself.
