Sorghum_bicolor 16S rRNA PE NGS

Rhizosphere, root and bulk soil DNA were extracted from wild type and knock-down RNAi lines of sorghum for 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing. The goal is to look for the microbial communities structure profiles in these lines, and whether the gene expression reduction in the RNAi lines that links to the exudates decreasing can result in the shift of microbial communities structure or not.
