Supporting Data for "Diverse C-Band Radiometric Signatures of Buried Supraglacial Lakes on the Greenland Ice Sheet"

Supporting data for Steinmetz & Culberg "Diverse C-Band Radiometric Signatures of Buried Supraglacial Lakes on the Greenland Ice Sheet'" (in review). The zip file contain the buried lake data catalog. There is one pickle file for each Operation IceBridge Accumulation Radar flight line analyzed. The files contain all analysis ready data, including lake abruptness, lid thickness, and SAR backscatter metrics as well as intermediate products such as the surface picks and water table picks referenced to each radargram. The README file has a detailed description of the data structure used to store information on each buried lake. These pickle files are read in by the two Jupyter notebooks (reproduce_figures.ipynb and reproduce_statistics.ipynb) to reproduce the figure and detectability statistics presented in the manuscript.
