It is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet exhibiting excellent adhesion to both a high polarity adherend and a low polarity adherend while reducing dependence on fossil resource-based materials. A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is provided having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer composed of a natural rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. At least 20% by weight of the total repeating units constituting the base polymer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is derived from an acrylic monomer. More than 50% of the total carbon contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is carbon derived from biomass. In addition， this PSA sheet has an adhesive strength (after leaving to stand at 50°C for 2 hours) of 18N/20mm or higher to a stainless steel sheet， and having an adhesive force to a polypropylene plate (after leaving to stand at 50°C for 2 hours) of 15N/20mm or higher.
