MIXPRS+ polygenic score files for BMI and CAD

This dataset contains polygenic score (PGS) scoring files generated using the MIXPRS+ framework. Files included:- BMI_EAS_MIXPRSplus- BMI_AFR_MIXPRSplus- CAD_EAS_MIXPRSplus Each file is provided in gzipped tab-delimited text format (.txt.gz) and contains rsID, chromosome, base-pair position, effect allele, other allele, and effect weight (beta). All scores are based on genome build GRCh37.
