RNA-Seq of Bos taurus:adult male

Twelve Huaxi cattle with the highest LMA (loin eye muscle, H-LMA) and the lowest LMA (L-LMA) were selected for transcriptome analysis to identify candidate genes regulating the LMA trait.At the time of slaughter, Samples of the left longissimus dorsi muscle from all male individuals were collected and placed into 5 mL freezing tubes, which were immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and subsequently transferred to a liquid nitrogen tank for long-term storage. These samples will be used for transcriptome sequencing. Illumina NovaSeq 6000 paired end sequencing for LD muscle.
