Project title: PMACS-100Grant Information: AHA Grant 9TPA34910007, Regulatory role of pericardial macrophages in myocardial infarctionProject Description:· Animal Model: Myocardial Infarction· Animal Age: 8-12 Weeks· Animal Sex: Male· Animal Strain: GATA6Venus Reporter Mice· Number: 12 mice· Groups: 3 infarction, 3 sham sacrificed at day 7. 3 infarction sacrificed at day 3, 3 infarction sacrificed at day 14· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation. Animals were sacrificed at day 3, 7 and 14 post-infarction or sham surgery. Hearts were harvested and prepared for immunofluorescent microscopy. Heart sections were stained with DAPICode/Scripts: N/ALicenses: N/A
