Influence of environmental factors on rhizospheric microbial communities of metal tolerant plants

The objective of this study is to explore the influence of environmental factors on microbial communities including bacteria, fungi and archaea, using the rhizospheric soil of E. haichowensis as a model system and furtherly understand which EFs is the dominant one affecting microbial community and the difference of different microbial population response to different EFs.
