CRI-SPA-Map isolates for chrXIV from BY and W303

These isolates were presented in a preprint describing a new genome engineering technique in S. cerevisiae, CRI-SPA-Map. On the left arm of chromosome XIV, they contain tracts of DNA from the W303 strain in an otherwise haploid BY strain background.
