资源简介:
The goal of the study was to assess the transcriptomic changes in the early hours of damage following aortic cross clamping-induced ischemic spinal cord injury. Aorta was clamped for 7.5 minutes at 33.5 degrees Celsius. Sham mice had entire surgery but did not have aorta cross clamped. 1h cervical and thoracic/lumbar spinal cords are from C57BL/6J mice after ACC (no sham). 4h thoracic/lumbar spinal cords are from mice with a wild-type (WT) C57BL/6J background, a motor neuron specific knock-in for miR-155 strain (MNKI) with C57BL/6J background, and a global knock-out for miR-128 strain (GLKO) with C57BL/6J background. Control spinal cords at 4h were from sham mice.
