Extracellular neural recordings from mouse primary somatosensory cortex during a pole detection task

This dataset contains extracellular recordings and the behavioural output in a pole detection task. The data was collected by Michaela Loft in the laboratory of Rasmus Petersen at the University of Manchester. This dataset was used in Colins Rodriguez A. et al, 2024.
