Code and processed data for "Hurst dynamics in functional MRI and intracranial EEG predict epilepsy outcome and surgical targets"

This repository contains the code and processed data required to reproduce the analyses for the manuscript “Hurst dynamics in functional MRI and intracranial EEG predict epilepsy outcome and surgical targets”.The dataset comprises de-identified summary measures derived from resting-state functional MRI and intracranial EEG recordings from 59 adults with focal epilepsy undergoing presurgical evaluation. All direct identifiers and raw imaging/iEEG files are stored on institutional infrastructure and are not distributed here. This archive includes region- and electrode-level derived measures, normative reference tables, statistical model outputs, and figure-ready summary objects.Processed data are released under CC BY 4.0. All R, MATLAB and Python scripts and software components are released under the MIT License unless otherwise noted.
