scRNAseq of longitidunally acquired samples from a CLL patient

We collected three timepoint blood samples from a CLL patient underwent BTK inhibitor treatment. We performed single cell RNA sequencing on these samples to track expression heterogeneity of malignant B-cell populations over time. Peripheral blood samples across three timepoint (pre-treatment, 1-year after initiating treatment, and 2-years after initiating treatment) were subject to 10X 5’ capture scRNAseq.
