single-cell RNAseq of in vitro post-ovulatory aged mouse oocytes

Single oocytes in different groups (fresh, aged, and melatonin-treated) were chosen and performed single-cell RNAseq.Using the Single Cell Full Length mRNA-Amplification Kit (Vazyme, N712) in accordance with the manual's instructions, each chosen oocyte was put to lysis buffer right away for single-cell RNA extraction, reverse transcription, and cDNA amplification. The TruePrep DNA Library Prep Kit V2 for Illumina (Vazyme, TD502) was used to create RNA-seq libraries from pure cDNA followed the manual's instructions. After that, an NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina) was used to sequence the libraries.
