资源简介:

To help solve the haplotypic nature of the Zebrafish reference genome, a single doubled haploid (homozygous) Tuebingen strain fish was made and used to make numerous libraries: DH BACs, DH fosmids, and plasmids used for WGS. A small amount of DNA was left, and was subjected to Illumina sequencing. Please note, this library is sub optimal: it contains a reasonably high level of chimaerism (~25% chimearism rate), a mean insert size of 216bp +/- 76bp, and approximately 7% PCR duplicates.. This data is part of a pre-publication release. For information on the proper use of pre-publication data shared by the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (including details of any publication moratoria), please see http://www.sanger.ac.uk/datasharing/
