资源简介:
Underway surface chlorophyll samples were collected from the ship's
flow-through seawater system during three ship cruises to the
Antarctic, July-August 2001 and April-September 2002. Seawater
intakes are located between 5 and 7 meter depths on both ships.
Chlorophyll fluorescence was measured using a Turner Design Digital
10-AU-05 fluorometer. The general survey area includes: the
continental shelf to the west of the Antarctic Peninsula extending
from the Crystal Sound south to the northern portion of Alexander
Island, Marguerite Bay, and seaward to water depths of 3000 meters.
Data reported: chlorophyll-a and phaeopigment concentrations
