Modelling the host galaxies of binary compact object mergers with observational scaling relations

File description Each .h5 file contains one dataset for every host galaxy identified at a given redshift.Each dataset includes six columns: Stellar mass of the galaxy [M⊙] Star formation rate [M⊙ yr−1] Logarithmic metallicity [Z] Galaxy type ID (1 = star-forming, 0 = passive) Formation redshift 𝑧form Number of mergers per Gyr (nGW) The first row lists the properties of the host galaxy, while the subsequent rows describe the properties of the progenitor (formation) galaxies.
