These datasets are from the Brazilian National Secondary Exam (ENEM) and the School Census. The ENEM is the second-largest secondary exam worldwide and, since 2009, follows an IRT methodology. The data have been changing over time which requires standardization of variables from coding to meaning. The data contain only variables present in all years with the same content and meaning. There are two versions of the data. The first is at the student level, and the second is at the school level.
