Composition and diversity of the microbiome associated with rhizospheric soil in Vitis vinifera cultivars Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec from two vineyardss

Understand the diversity of the microbiota associated with rhizospheric soil of Vitis vinifera vines from two wineries. One winery was analyzed for the Syrah variety and the other for the Syrah, Cabernet sauvignon and Malbec varieties. This study was carried out to evaluate whether there is a difference in the rhizospheric soil microbiota between regions for the same variety and different grape varieties in the same region.
