Tensile testing and characterisation of BFRP and GFRP reinforcement bars and structural simulation for LCA

This dataset provides a comprehensive basis for the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP) rebars produced via a Dynamic Winding Machine (DWM). The data encompasses the full experimental and computational workflow from raw material testing to structural beam simulation, aimed at evaluating basalt (BFRP) and glass (GFRP) reinforcements in the context of material-efficient, additive manufacturing in construction. The main simulation was performed using SOFiSTiK FEA 2026 (Version 1.0.361). Further information can be found in the "ReadME.txt".
