RNA Sequencing Analysis of Rubidium Ion Treatment on Glioblastoma Cells to Investigate Tumor Suppression Mechanisms

This dataset contains RNA sequencing data from U87 and U251 glioblastoma cell lines treated with different concentrations of rubidium chloride to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying tumor suppression. The analysis aims to identify key genes, pathways, and cellular processes affected by rubidium ions, including apoptosis, cell cycle regulation, and DNA damage repair.
