Chemical Response in Zebrafish

Zebrafish morphology and behavioral data in response to toxin exposure. "Morphology" data is binary (dichotomous) meaning that a 0 is recorded if the phenotype (endpoint) is not observed and 1 if the phenotype is observed. "Behavioral" is light photomotor response data where movement (value) is measured at time intervals of 6 seconds (t0 - 0 seconds, t1 - 6 seconds, t2 - 12 seconds). "Mapping" data is used to map chemical identifiers to chemical names and CAS numbers. This repository contains 5 files - 2 morphology, 2 mapping, and 1 behavioral. Details regarding each file's columns are listed below: <b>morphology:</b>chemical.id: (String) An identifier for the chemical. Name of column must include a period. These identifiers must be the same as in the chemical mapping filebottle.id: (String) An identifier for the bottle. Name of column must include a period.conc: (Numeric) The concentration of measurements. The units are always uM. <i>No units should be included in this column.</i><i> </i>Values must be numericplate.id: (String) An identifier for the zebrafish plate. Name of column must include a period.well: (String) An identifier for the zebrafish's well on the plate.date: (String) The date the data was collected written as YYYYMMDD. No dashes or anything else.endpoint (String): An identifier for the endpoint measured.value (Numeric): Whether the endpoint was observed in the fish (1) or not (0). No other values allowed.<b>behavioral:</b>chemical.id: (String) An identifier for the chemical. Name of column must include a period.
